How to export your Search Term Report from Amazon Ads Console
  1. Log into Amazon Ads Console (advertising.amazon.com)
  2. Click Measurement & Reporting, then Sponsored ads reports
  3. Click Create report (top right)
  4. Configure: Ad product Sponsored Products, Report type Search term, Time unit Summary
  5. Reporting range: at least the last 30 days (60-90 days gives stronger signal)
  6. Click Run report
  7. Wait 1-5 minutes for the report to generate
  8. Download the file (XLSX format by default)
  9. Drag the downloaded file into the upload zone above
